Payment terms

Payment for consultation services must be made in full a minimum of 48 hours before the consultation date.  If booking the consultation online, you will be prompted to make the payment for the consultation at the time of booking.  Alternatively, pre-payments for consultations can be made via bank transfer - contact us directly to arrange this. Payments for any prescribed products, including herbs and supplements, must be made at each consultation.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

We utilize Square as our payment system, and their privacy policy can be found here

Private health fund rebates are currently not available for naturopathic consultations in Australia.

Magnolia Naturopathy reserves the right to change consultation pricing without notice.

Cancellation policy

Magnolia Naturopathy has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in place.  Any appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled only outside of 24 hours from the consultation date.  Any late cancellations or reschedules will incur a $50 fee. 

Where your practitioner is ill and therefore unavailable for your consultation, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your appointment without penalty. 

Returns and refunds policy

We do not offer returns or refunds for any products for change of mind, any products damaged by you, or if the therapeutic process has not met your expectations.  Individual results vary and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

If any products posted to you have been damaged in transit, or if the wrong item has been sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible.

Disputes

Magnolia Naturopathy is located in Brisbane, Queensland. These terms and conditions are subject to the governing law of Queensland.
